Hey everybody, just wondering if anybody knows a website that i could download a service manual for an nsr150sp. I never got one with my bike unfortunately. Sad

The NSR150SP service manual was only written in Thai language, so you'll need a crash course in Thai Very Happy

Lots of clear pictures to look at though and you can work most of the stuff by looking at pictures and eliminating stuff.

Or just throw the book at your Thai staff and say "Oi, translate that!"

what?! are you serious there's no english version?? coz id much rather do a rebuild myself then have to pay for another one a few thousand k's in the future haha

The NSR150SP is a local Thai market machine. It was never really meant to go abroad, but was released in Oz just to get rid of the old stock Cool

It's not a difficult rebuild. Not sure but if you got hold of an NSR125 service manual I suspect it's not that different, seeing as the NSR150 was based on the NSR125.

This you can find online I'm sure.

Are you looking to rebuild the engine? If it's a simple top end job then you could do worse than just follow the same procedure as fitting the NSR250 top end. Instructions are given in the workshop section of NSR-World.

hey i have the service manual... cant remember where the link is but its on the net rider forum somewhere... ive also printed it out... where abouts are you in Oz... im in sydney...
