MODS:

300cc kit
wire splice
tune and jetting

stock pipes modifyied to suit !!!

THANKS FOR TELLING ME TYGA!!!!!!! (didnt state on tyga.com that stock pipes dont fit !!!) cost me $$$ for that mistake Sad

after my mechanics only getting 32hp and telling me its normal !
(couldnt rev past 9krpm !))

HAPPY!

I've seen worse lol

I would guess you need alittle more time setting it up. Even with stock pipes I would think a stock 300 kit would make it into the 60's Hp.

Don't give up it'll all be worth it in the end. Probably just something simple thats wrong.

Yea it doesn't say the stock pipes don't fit, but it does have new exhaust manifolds to fit Tyga pipes. How do they not fit, I'm guessing they are to short.

I might be going to Pukekohe on the 9th. I might have time to call in and have a look/tinker.

huh? its 50 hp@!! i have dyno sheet its running mint,

the stock pipes are very resrictive, 50 hp feels damn nice im happy

The stock pipes are not. Up to 65rwhp is well within stock pipes.

Heres a nice little set of graphs

Green, 100% stock bike

Purple, Stock pipes, air box mod and wire splice

Blue, stock pipes, race cans, air box mod and wire splice

Red, Tyga pipes, air box mod and wire splice.

Not much wrong with stock pipes Wink
