Anybody recognise these?

I was going through some chambers we have here and found this set this afternoon - This is the first set Ive seen like this - they have HRC labels on them, are very light, and both exit on the right hand side of the bike (with staggered lengths).

I figured thered be someone here who has seen them before and can identify them...

the stickers say something to the effect of "not legal for street use" or "racing only" Wink
