I have read where people are running Boysen Reeds, but I am unable to find a part number for them. Anyone know what reeds they are?

I was looking at these a few weeks ago.

Are there any years of CR125 reed cages that fit the NSR

Per nsr250.net the YZ400 reed block would work but it doesn't state what years. The 87 RM125 gasket works on the NSR

They definately make them (see here).

I've run them before, the dual stage ones i got do look very different, seem to work no better (or worse) than standard though.
I didn't dyno them though, just seat of the pants stuff.

Carbon (Tyga) ones seemed to crispen the throttle up a bit and add a tad more zip but I did go to the HRC style stuffer at the same time so that may not be totally down to the reed alone.

Also I lost one of the (thin reed material) Tyga reed spacers and am running the thicker (metal) Boysen ones in their place, that too could mean my results are different.

I run the Kitako carbon reeds in my 50, there is a difference. I have a slight hesitation on roll on but then a nice smooth curve with no flutter. I have a powerband a butt hair wide though and must live against the redline. I hear good things about the Boyseen dual stage reeds.
