mc18 single seat cowl / convertor

has any one ever tried to fit a single seat cowl from another bike to an mc18? the nc30 and nc29 rear seat pads look to be of similar dimensions??

yeah those look sweet but really wanted to keep it a two seater!
if i can find one to fit i'll try finding a spare rear seat and fibre glass it to make a solo seat cowl!
