After a ride out with the boyz last weekend, i decided to bore two 22 ml holes in my airbox and now the mixture is too lean resulting in a lag all the way to 7000 rpm.
and from 1/8 throttle it sucks air but not much fuel is getting in (i'm guessing this is pilot jet territory)
i whipped off the carb covers to lift the needles and... WHAT THE HELL, NO ADJUSTMENT ON A SPORTS BIKE LIKE THIS. after reading the site i see i need to fork out for adjustment.
after the initial shock i have decided to go the full hog and check the spice to see whether it has been done or not and while i'm at it i might as well learn how to get the best performance out of the 21 for my budget (pipes too, well maybe)
so my question is should i go to a general honda shop (bridge in exeter) and buy a full hrc jetting kit and how much?
RECOMMENDATIONS WELCOME OF THE BEST PLACE ASSUMING A KIT CAN STILL BE OBTAINED.
for now i'll stick it back as it was otherwise i'll be in danger of leaving it in the garage for the last of the summer...tut tut.

sorry guys but i skipped reading the tuning page that said hrc jetting kits are near impossible to obtain, okay that is one question resolved.
i guess then i'd be better asking for individual jets from honda and keep the original pin i have and leave the rest until i can source something. damn i was looking forward to setting it up too.
I bought my individual jets from www.allensperformance.co.uk someone on here put me onto them. I found them very good with the jets delivered next day.
