Hello,

I am a new owner in the US. The bike is a 1992 Rothmans SP. I am in the process of a bottom end rebuild. While working on the bike I've been trying to learn as much as possible hands on and through the web. Anyway, I noticed this Black HRC box next to the PGM Box. The wiring harness goes through the HRC box, and the box says Not For Highway Use. I've read about a HRC Harness, could this be it? And what effect does it have on the bike?

Not an HRC harness
The black box is the delimiter that most people use instead of the wire splice.

The HRC harness is missing a bunch of stuff. Pretty basic just for race use.
I'm in NC and I have a 93 MC21 SP

We are fitting RS250 bodywork to the bike since I never got my fairings from the seller.
