Progressive does mine. Try McGraw, too.

Thanks folks. I had called Progressive earlier, but they "don't offer a policy on that bike". I went to the website for a quote. Choose "Honda" as the make, but don't choose "NSR" as the model. Instead, scroll down and choose "other performance sportbike" or something similar. Fill in the info. My quote is about $125/ year. Will shop around a little. Thanks much for the leads!

I have mine with Progressive. Didn't have any problem having it insured as an "NSR250". Very easy and very cheap.

I have met-life auto and home I think progressive knows too much about motorcycles and have standardized their process but the way I see it is make sure they insure it for the amount that it would cost you to replace the bike rather than a value they can come up with from a book

Had mine insured with Progressive for about a week - until they figured out MC28 was code for NSR - they cancelled the coverage and issued a refund.

Ahem - that was me... apparently I neglected to login first.

btw - USAA (if you're a member) has the NSR listed and offers coverage.
