Hi chaps

Pretty sure i've found this on here before but i'm trying to find out exactly what engine i have fitted to my 21. its either a 28 or 21 motor.

is there a way of distinguishing which going off the engine number or are there other ways of identifiying it?

Also intrested in how to distingiush the differances visually or by number of the 21 and 28 flywheels.

ANy help appreciated.

when my mate mark bought the engine it was straight out of a bent 28.thats bent as in crashed not nicked or a bit fruity he got it from an importer but cant remember which one its ages ago

any idea if he stuck the 21 flywheel on si or did he keep the 28 one?

i cant remember swapping flywheels so it must have come with it still on mate but im not 100% sure
