I doubt that the rear shock is from a se , if i am correct all the se models have adjustable rear shocks with a resevoir . It may be from a R model.
Cheers
Had to modify the subframe slightly to except the resevoir pot but the fireblade shock has a rearward mounted pot. I understand that there can be an issue with undertray clearance if you run the standard undertray.
You can see more on the members builds section under Project wet Dog
Just to add the CBR shock top and bottom mount width were near indentical , just had to sleeve the top frame mount holes from 12mm to 10mm if i remember right. Shock is 5mm longer than standard but i am running a MC21 17inch rear so all goes back to about standard MC18 geometery.
you called yes ive got a honda rs 125 shock for my 21sp,you will need years 1998 onwards.the shock dosnt need revalving but needs to be resprung because of the weight diference in the bikes, maxton did mine and set it up to my weight for £70.i got the shock from breadline racing who i used to get my rs parts from, cost £90 and is brand new the only thing is you will have to run a tyga subframe and seat or an rsw like mine hope thats useful mate _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
you can adjust the ride height to suit mate, and why not become a member so you could see the full story and spec of my sp and other members projects and nearly forgot both shock fittings need new spacers to made up with bigger holes as the nsr bolts are thicker _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
