Why not just order them by part number?

Main jet part number formula here!

The Keihin part numbers and the Honda part numbers are the same... so even if they come in little bags with little white/green Keihin stickers from Allens instead of red/white Honda stickers, they are exactly the same part.

I doubt there will be a huge difference in price.

Hi ,

What do you do when you need a size bigger than 220 . I tried to get a bigger jet from my supplier and they said that 220 was the maximum size .

Do i drill the jets out ?

Thanks for any info .

Neal

I am running mc 28 carbs , the rules in my class don't allow me to change to bigger carbs . I am worried because i am now going to run 35/1 premix instead of 40/1 .
It is only the one track that i run 215's , the track is on the coast with a long straight !

Any advice ?
Thanks Neal

just back on topic, cross referencing the part number (393) the
main jets the nsr uses are 6mm bore x 8mm

sizes 60-200 available, taken from allens

"Keihin Jets are sized in steps of 2 and 3.
Eg: 100,102,105,108,110.
This is probably to avoid engraving ".5" on the jets"

cheers

Hope this helps people save a few quid.

The honda dealer price for Jets I enquired about:

99101-393-1250 £3.93+VAT

99101-393-1300 £4.79+VAT

99101-393-1320 £5.85+VAT

Allens Performance

all of the above sizes were £2.95+VAT

Thats a good saving

Yeah, can't argue with that! Certainly didn't expect it to be that different.
