HRC Radiator??

Picked this up from Yahoo Japan. It was described as an MC18 F3 Rad. I have no idea.

What's throwing me is just the 2 coolant entry / exit ports, rather than 3, which seems the norm for HRC rads.

Look's just like the one in the '18 f3 manual to me, the top hose has still got a splitter in;

That rad is different to the one shown in Fontyyy's post but it is a HRC NSR one.

Basic rule of thumb is flat = '88 (thats the year 1988 not 88mm Fontyyy) and curved = '89. Both MC18

The '21 used a 3 hose system as did some of the '28 HRC kits.

It took me ages to find my one and that came through Roy!

I found a couple of '90 spec ones but they wouldn't fit with the F3 pump.

The '28 HRC rad though went back to the normal size hose tho so can be used on any of them ('21/'28 that is).

Yeah, that rad was a right result! I think it's not too hard to come up with an SS/SP rad for 92~96 that will pretty much bolt right on to a '21 or '28, but as you say, F-III is another matter.

I was lucky to get hold of the hose to go with the pump really. I think that might of ended up being harder to get than the rad!
