Looks nice, doubt it will sell for what it's up for on ebay though.

"The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale."

Probably got a buyer off eBay. The only way to sell really, as eBay is just plain greedy, and getting more and more expensive as time goes on.

bike is now for sale again on our favourite eselling site. if anyone is interested i've spoken to the fella.
it's a 21R underneath with stock suspension but forks are stock NC30.
bit too pricey for me for what it is although it does look lovely.

I would be interested but I'm on the hunt for a '89 MC18 rather than a '21. It does look super though.

i'd be interested but if it were nearer the 2k mark. i wouldn't want to insult him though. he obviously puts a high value on the effort he's put in but to all ends it's just a 21r with new bodywork. sounds harsh that doesn't it !!!

i'm a right twat !!!

Dave. Crying or Very sad

Starting any '21r at £3k is always going to be questionable.

Ebay has many faults, apart from their costs, sniping and bidding up are always issues but it does have one massive strength; it shows, there and then what your item really is worth on the market right now.
I know what I think my '28 is worth, in a day and a bit we'll see how far out I am Wink

Mine started out as a '21R.

Think all thats left is the rear axel mind... lol honest!

Maybe I should start mine at £3k and see how I go. I never get to use it these days anyway!

Your's is interesting Steve, get someone proper quick on it to show what it's capable of in DP F400 and (presuming it does win, lay lap record to waste etc.) I reckon you'd get very good money for it.
OK the road vj23's fetch big prices as they're rare, trick and the very last of the strokers but Dave Reynolds, Iain Mac etc. are paying the big prices for race vj23's as the bikes are proven race winners here in the class we're racing.
Iain jumped off his Aprilia onto a vj23 and found 3 seconds round Cadwell instantly, then backed that up with an F250 victory (his first) the following race. No matter what your personal preference on manufacturer is you can't argue with results like that.
