1993 NSR 250R 5 or 6 gears

Hi everybody,
I am new on here.
I have just had my GSXR1000 stolen and am looking for some lightweight thrills to get over my misery. (well until the insurance pays out, although after reading this forum and looking at the bikes I think i'm hooked!)
I believe all NSR 250's have a 6 speed gearbox but a dealer was advertising a 93 NSR250R in Repsol colours with a 5 speed box! Any ideas?
