A lovely example of the best colour scheme of the lot.

Agreed, I always loved this color scheme as well.
Ever since I saw it in the Japanese Magazines back in the 90's

I still think the Rothmans is the nicest OEM colour scheme of any make or model full stop, but the white and blue "flash" for both the MC28SE and MC21R looks lovely.

I originally wanted a white/blue "R" bodykit on my MC21, but the importer painted it in Repsol FOC instead as they didn't want an "R" model left in the shop with an SE bodykit (off mine).

Of course, it always helps when they look almost showroom condition.

That's a good description of it Dave.

Like replacing the front brake calipers with same part # but from a newer model bike so they look fresh and oem, not painted. Or the things you can't see like all new oil injection lines and connectors to stop the seeping that most of our bikes do after all these years on the road.

your bike looks lovely mate, i just spent 10 minutes admiring it - it's probably my favourite factory colour scheme too. Thanks for posting.

Gorgeous!

How much do you reckon you're spent on it (or has been if some of the work was done when you bought it)?
