can mc21 tank fit a mc16

hi, just wondering if anyone can help me with this topic.

I have a mc16 but can't locate a clean tank

does a mc21 tank fit, I am willing to do modifications, if anyone has done something similar can you please advise

I've done a search of the forum pages without any luck

An MC21 tank does not fit an MC16.

The frames are much wider on the '21 and have different mounts.

yes it would be hard. if your is rusted then get it creamed and repaint or a more expensive way is to use rusteco, it will only eat rust and leave you with a rust free tank. if your tank is smashed or dented or way broken go to yahoo japan and get a second hand one.
