Bottom engine mount removal...

Tue Nov 24, 2009 5:29 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi Guys.

Stripping down my parts bike and I have all the mounts out but I can't seem to work out how the bottom engine mount comes out.

I've got the long bolt out of the middle. I picked up a 27mm socket and got the big nut off the end.

Can't seem to work out how to get it loose. I had a look at the parts manual and that didn't help at all.

What's the secret guys?

Cheers

Clancy

Wow you're right.

So much grease and crap in there it just looked like a round hole.

So my 10mm allen key is way too small.

What are we talking, 12mm? 14?

Cheers
