is there any place i can find detailed info on them?
i want to know the measurements were the brake disk bolts to the wheel like PCD bla bla bla and axel diameter and the offset distance of the forks + the od of the fork were it slips into the tripple clamp
also... how "expensive are they? _________________ 1991 CBR250RRL mc22 modified.
Carbon discs.
Probably worth as much as the bike . . each, even then, you have to find something that bolts to your wheel.
Considering only GP bikes and SBK use them, i dont think you'll find any.
Plus they are completly useless in the wet.
Cant answer your fork qestions sorry _________________ Winning isn't everything, but loosing isn't anything
Carbon discs on a street bike? Not going to be of use. You will never get them hot enough for them to be as effective as the steel discs on the bike now.
try and get some rs or tz forks or a set of radial forks.ive got r6 radials, rsvr 320mm disks and an isr master cylinder, and thats more brake than i will ever need i dont think carbon disks on the road would be safe as there hit and miss when not at fully working temperature.i will pm you a pic of my set up _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling

these look like the ultimate lightweight solution, no?
is there something better more widly available?
the small diameter carbon rotors are attractive.
i also want to use that on my magteks... it "looks" like it might fit, but I have not seen any technical information on it.
that seems like enough motivation for me.
anything i missed?
Blowing £12 grand on a set of disks that you will never need?
Fair play for trying buy there are better areas to be spending that sort of money on _________________ More **** two strokes than you can shake a **** stick at.
If your current shocks are crap, the cheapest way of getting them very good is to have them rebuilt for your weight and riding style.
SP forks can be very good indeed, as can the standard brakes when properly serviced - they came off a Fireblade remember? _________________ MC21SP Plaything

But 12 grand! If you had a 200hp racebike then maybe.. Not for a little trackbike. If you want smaller rotors try the setup some of the 125gp bikes use.. _________________ More **** two strokes than you can shake a **** stick at.
