they dont fit mate but the honda rs 125 shocks do,you have to remove battery location though.a few of us on here have done the conversion _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
Not to mention change the spring, and ideally have it re-valved too!
You may be able to get an older RS125 shock with a remote reservoir that can be used with the OEM subframe/battery box/seat though. Don't know for sure, but worth looking into, as NSR HRC shocks are like gold dust now, and expensive. _________________ Andy.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I've just bought myself an MC21 and I intend to do a full resto job on it, (I need to ask Silikesguinnes some questions about your front end also).
What's the best way to upgrade the rear to something more modern with full adjustment?
On an RGV, late model GSXR shocks will fit - will something like a CBR600 shock fit the NSR? I understand that I'd have to change spring and valving.
On a side note - I'm not having much success with the search function on this forum - is there a way to search topic titles only?
mine has a tyga subframe modded to fit the rsw seat, the shock fits spot on with that as it moves the battery _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
I have a Wilber shock (with remote and full rebound/compression adjustability) on mine with a tyga subframe. Not the cheapest option but the shock was made to suit the 21 and was sprung/valved for my weight and riding. I picked up through their rep here in Melbourne
