Well I purchased a used NSR250 off this company from a guy named Kenneth Wong a few years ago. I remember a lot of people from this board did the same. What happened was I had the bike for a few months or so and this guy Kenneth calls me out of the blue one day and told me how he needed my engine from my bike for some emergency purpose and he told me he'd be able to replace it with a another rebuilt engine for free. Since it was around November and I was thinking how I wouldnt ride my bike during winter anyways I told him to do it. Well its been 6 months now and I have not heard anything from him yet. All my attempts to contact him have failed. I have a feeling I've been scammed out of my bike and $3000.00 CAD that I paid for it , not to mention the extra costs for me to safety the thing and ect. If anyone has dealt with this guy in the past before can tell me anything please help me out. I'm seriously considering going to the police and settle this the legal way but as a last resort. My email is alvin81@sympactico.ca.

Yes Andy , I know this has been really stupid of me to trust him after all the crap he put everyone through. I'm probably gonna have to bite the bullet on this one unless something happens. I appreciate all the help and input you guys are giving me , keep it coming. And Jeff , I already have that address , the thing is the guy doesnt live there anymore so I dont know what I should do. Just go to police and try to have them track him down?
Well, I won't jump on the 'you're daft' bandwagon, and you do have my sympathy.
Come on guys, this is a fellow lister who's lost his bike! Have a heart
You've nothing to loose by going to the Police - in fact you may be adding to a list of complaints against the guy which nails him.
No doubt they'll make you feel about an inch tall - as they do - but I guess it comes down to how much you want your bike back! _________________ MC21SP Plaything

Don't get me wrong Alvin, I sincerely hope that you get your/a motor back, and this guy gets what he deserves at the end of the day! It's just that sometimes it's difficult to remain "politically correct" all the time! I already edited my original post last night as I felt it was a little harsh in it's first draft!!
Of course we will try to support you and do what we can, whatever the outcome.
Hey thanks for all the support guys. I really appreciate it. Whether most of you think I'm stupid or not (hey I dont blame you guys since I'm probably the most angry at myself for being so stupid) I'm going to probably go to the police station after the weekend. I'm guessing they'll just do the normal paperwork/procedure stuff and write down the info and so on. But I have no where else really to turn to at the moment so I'm doing everything I can. I just want this whole ordeal to be over with so I dont have to keep worrying. Once again thanks to everyone for the support. I'll keep you all updated with any news. And yes in the future , don't trust this guy and company he's running. Stay clear of him no matter what. Seriously if he was on fire I wouldn't even piss on him to save his life. Learn from my mistake and don't repeat it.
Hi,
Now I never heard of the chap your talking about, but Ive been chating to a guy from Toronto who sells NSR`s and other 2strokes over the net.
Maybe he might know where your man is??????????
Look for nicotine on ebay. Search for NSR`s and you`ll find him.

best o luck
I was looking at those listings on eBay, and they look an awful lot like Trade and Deal. I would re-consider dealing with someone that is advertising the sale of a motorcycle when they actually do not have ownership of it, and have the bike in their possesion.
