Sun May 23, 2010 4:05 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hello fellow NSR insane riders, have posted before about my nsr250r here in Japan, (Teaching english for a couple a years) bought a tyga street bodykit and waiting for it to arrive, had 2 mc21 se's in brisbane Aus, and letting everyone know i trawl the auction sites here in Japan every couple days to find any 'good stuff' and can help with any shipping to English speaking countries ( a japanese wife really helps!) . Let me know if i can be of assisstance, i love Nsr's and will have a couple of mountain passes on utube in the next few weeks.

by the way, was looking at getting a new rear tyre, the dunlop α-12 110/70R17 150/60R17 looks like it has not a lot of tread ( i only ride in the dry) and might be different to the battleaxe ive always used in the past in aus anyone have any experience with these ??

ride hard fellas!

Hey there, I have used the a-10 before (not sure how similar it is to the a-12), but my experience with the a-10 was great! They don't last long but you wouldn't expect it to, being such a soft compound tyre.

How are you finding teaching in Japan? I'm just about finished uni and teaching English in an asian country sounds pretty interesting.

The grammar police want to know if anyone sees the irony in this sentence?! ROTFLMAO

or that sentence Very Happy

and probably this one as well.

likewise, the a-10 is very good. Never heard of a 12 though. In fact, I think I only use dunlops.

The teaching question; Japan, Korea or China I would say but forget Thailand. I am surrounded at home by very poor teachers looking for the next beer. Bit better paid and more professional in other countries.

Funny world, I import down the road from you and you are waiting on a Tyga delivery about 10km down the road from me.

Teaching

Mon May 24, 2010 9:38 am » Post: #7 » Download Post

For Major Tom, teaching here in Japan is a real blast. Cheap beer, cheap bikes, cheap girls (nah they're expensive everywhere).

Highly recommend it, I haven't quite finished my Uni degree yet but landed a job on my second day here. (a bit countryside, but that just means no cops in the empty mountains!!! ) Twisted Evil

Oh and the teaching part is the easiest and most rewarding job I've ever had.
With the NZ and Aus dollars at the moment you can really save a heap (if you don't want to use a good majority of it having the best looking mc21 around that is!! - pics in 1 month).

If you get serious about it let me know by email and I'll point you in the right direction.

Ride hard.
