mc18 r5k exhausts

does anyone know how the stainless part is attached to the expansion chamber on the r5k exhausts?? mine seem to have twisted so that the can is now pointing at my number plate.

thanks but i've only just got these, they're in loverly condition and the swan necks don't have any dents or damage they just point the wrong direction abit. lol

I just had a look at mine. I'd say they are pressed in as welding stainless to mild would just crack due to the stainless fatiguing.
I would try to heat the mild steel chamber in a vice and try to swivel the stainless swan neck back into position.
