With a BIN of 75K , if these fitted straight onto any one of my bikes they would be gone Shocked

Those triples aren't standard NF5, so the assumption would be custom made machined units.

Nope, they're slightly shorter (~20mm), and you'd need new triples and if using RS triples the tyga stem conversion too.
