Can anyone tell me the torque settings for the following.
swinging arm pivot nut and bolt
suspension linkage bolts.
engine mounting bolts.
cylinder head and cylinder nuts.

If you look at the parts manual, the torque values for each part ( that needs torquing) should be in the associated notes.

Swing arm pivot bolt: 9.5 kg-m
Suspension linkage bolts: 5.0 kg-m
engine mount bolts: 4.0 kg-m (does not include adjuster bolt/nut)
Cyliner head and cylinder nuts: 2.2 kg-m, 2.5 kg-m

This can all be found in the MC28 manual that is available in English, as well as many more interesting facts and detailed service procedures.
