MC16 MC18 head gaskets?

Hi
I have just bought a old MC16 for a fair price I think.
I am trying to source some head gaskets, are these impossible to get hold of? and are the MC18 ones the same and would fit?

Don't know offhand, have a look at the part numbers in the parts manual and cross check them against the other models.

I have just checked and cross ref the pt no. to the mc18 its different, but isn't the head/barrel the same hexagon shape, would it be the thickness has changed????

You'll be OK with MC18 head gaskets.
