Do it!

Steve got a panel from Red Barron (thai bike breakers yard) which was presumably a blue/white '89 mc18 with the circular terra graphic from an r6k, it looked so genuine we did wonder if there were any done like it originally.

More to the point, I was thinking of doing it to my 21! I have a complete set of white bodywork crying out for it! Confused

I need some white Magteks...

And as if by magic;

As I said to RichG when he was considering the paint on his RS there is a world of difference between what the factories race on the track;

and what they put on the road as a "rep" of that, Lesviffer's Terra graphic and Honda decal are the correct size, it's the race bike thats out of scale.
I'll leave you to decide which you want for yourself but I think the race bikes look pretty cool with their huge decals which are probably just designed to stand out as much as they can from as far away as they can

Terra's have to be one of the best looking NSR's out there Very Happy

I now have an almost complete set of Blue Terra pannels as well but there are differences between R5K pannels and R6K ones so its still possible to spot the fakes.

Johnnymac has just sold an R5k with blue Terra panels on, in the original r5k blue, not like mine, looked good, thats where i got the plan from, and then after seeing the Ajinomoto model that made my mind up, although i did change the green number boards for red the wheels for gold and still havent decided on the tank and front fender yet.

Tank should definitely be white/blue, but the front fender can go either way. Tank definitely needs painting though.
