Hi there i am taking the engine out of my 91 RS250. Is there anything, especially on refit, that i need to look out for. Which mounting bolt do i set up first, is it the rear top one? Also is it difficult to set the backlower mounting bolt spacer. thanks

There is a procedure to follow set out in the HRC manual. If you don't have one, I have a PDF copy that I can send over. PM me your email and I'll ping it across.
It is worth elongating the holes on the head steady brackets. They can often take force to fit which strains the motor. You should bolt the motor in and then fit the head steadys, the elongated holes will allow the steadys to be fitted without any stress on them. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
