Hey guys, I want to clean my rc valves in an MC16 I'm troubleshooting.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the valves from the port for cleaning.

I've read the manual but can't see any info on how to do this. The cables are detached and the nut + harnesses are all off. I can't work out how to remove the shaft/pin that the valves are on and hence cannot get the valves out to clean.

Can anyone help?

May sound a bit of a bodge but lock the end of the rc valve shaft in a vice (supporting the barrel with your hand of course) and get to work with a soft faced hammer. Takes a blow or two but usually works ok for me.

You'll need a new seal and circlip though.
