Got to love those 633ml Bottles of beer <burp> Cool

Chrimbo dinner (me cooking):

Baby Asparagus tips pan fried in butter then wrapped in smoked bacon topped with fresh Mozzerrella and grilled.

King Prawn Salad with homemade thousand island dressing & fresh crushed Black pepper.

Kobe Sirlion Steak with string beans , boiled spuds & Italian chestnut mushrooms + dressing.

Roast Turkey with Onion, Garlic, Fresh Ginger & Japanese leek stuffing with Roast spuds , gravy , White button mushrooms , Mitake mushroom , celery & red pepper. Cranberry sliced loaf , 4 leaf salad.

Sherry triffle: 300ml Sherry soaked sponge , Grape Jelly with mango quarters , custard , fresh full fat Cream and multi coloured chocolate sprinkles.

Walnut Chocolate brownies.

Walnut and sultana loaf with cream cheese.

Drinks:
Champagne.
Pinot Noir.
Reisling.
Chardonnay.
Beer.

Razz

Entree:
Felafel with beetroot dip
Prawn crackers
Couscous salad

Mains:
Honey glazed smoked ham with roast vegies
fishball curry
Asparagus wrapped in prawns
Pork rib soup with Chinese herbs
Butter braised mushrooms

Dessert:
Cherries
Christmas pudding

One must not forget the assortment of alcohol too Wink

It would be FAR too hot to wear the armour on NYE here, although a couple have asked more than once about it! Given that I bake in it even in a little over freezing in the UK, I think the heat and humidity in Thailand would kill me! Laughing

(May be good for losing a couple kilos though!)

Nice to know the boys are being brought up on a diet of Spitfires, (quality) 2-strokes and Star Wars! just have to get them into decent firearms now! Very Happy
