RC valve

Does anyone know where I can get an RC valve spindle and seal quickly?I have been waiting for 3 weeks from Apex and still no show.Please help I am now desperate!!!

Whats models it for? Im guessing MC21. Honda only sell the spindle with a set of valves for that model, but if you know the part number you can order it from your local honda dealer, they shoudl see it in around 4 days if its not in europe and 2 days if they are. Ive ordered them before and they have coem in quite quick.

i ordered some seals and other bits last thursday from apex and got them friday morning,its strange you have not got yours.

Hi Frank,

I have a spare RC Valve shaft and a second-hand seal (that's perfectly serviceable) that I could get to you by Wednesday.

We can supply new parts too if you drop me a line.

whats this you can supply new parts Confused

,so you could have got my pistons,rings, head gaskets ,power valve seals and exhaust gaskets? Crying or Very sad

.i will have to say that Apex were cheaper than my local Honda dealer and had them in stock,the bits were genuine honda parts and the pistons they sent were the mc28 ones so im asuming that you cant get mc18/21 pistons anymore Confused

Your RC Valve shaft is in the post this morning Frank, all being well with Royal Mail (ha!) you should receive it tomorrow morning.

What happened with Apex?

Thanks for sending that Andy.I ordered one from Apex over 3 weeks ago.I have phoned them twice since and it still hasn't turned up.I have my cylinder back which has been nikasiled and was waiting for the valve kit to turn up.The reason behind it all is that I ......yes you have guessed it tried to undo a left hand thread the wrong way.Hence I sheared the spindle.However at least I know for next time.I clicked on PAYPAL on the homepage to make a donation to the site and it came up error.Am I doing anything wrong Question

I just checked the link and got the error too! I will update that this evening! Maybe that's why we haven't had much by way of donations!! Wink

I left the nut and all the associated special washers on the shaft too, just in case!
