Hello,

In the process of tidying my MC28 up and for some reason the previous owner removed the ignition coils from their original location and cable tied them to different areas around the motor bay.

I've tried find pictures of where they should be installed normally but I can't find anything. Can someone tell me where or show me a picture?

Would be mucho appreciated.

Hi,

first check if these coils are the OEM or upgraded coils... For example from the Honda RS250... And then choose what you want to do... You may want to keep those... Upgraded coils can not be fitted in the same way as OEM...

As for the location of the OEM coils, the top cylinder coil goes infront of the carb solenoids and the bottom coil on the right side of the bike next to the cylinder... May be the previus owner have lost the rubber holders and that is why he have tie them on the bike...
