Oil Pump Problem

Today I finish my nsr 250 mc21 se restoration project I have oil pump no premix and i check oil pump doesnt sent oil! Oil is coming in the oil pump but from the other side nothing, i remove carburetor hoses to check and no oil coming. What could happened please give me some ideas to check it!

Before one moth when i start restoration it was working!

The easy way to check if oil pump works is to take it out hook it up to a drill and spin with oil tanks still connected see if oil comes out . If not the would be lots of people on here with one they would sell.

the oil pump was working before restoration i am thinking to try one more bleeding.when i do pump bleeding and remove the screw the engine must work ?

I would do the drill way is safer then running the motor to blead it

It needs it's time before you can see oil at the end of the pipes.

You can fill the tank with about half a liter of fuel running in premix or fill the oil pipes with a syringe.
Using clear pvc pipes helps a lot as well.

I remove the bleed screw and it has air inside so i left it to bleed then I reconect the screw and oil come out!
I do all these with premix so i was sure Smile

One more question now I run premix and I disconect the 2 feed pipes from carburator to see oil flow I turn with my hand the pump puley full and every 3 sec bleeds. it is normal or low?
