I own a 96 MC28SP model. A couple of months ago there is problem of coolant goes into my gearbox. I had changed the seals, bearings, and the 'sup' (the one with a white gear on it - as what my mechanic calls it). Not once but twice i had already fixed it. And now, the gear oil i release is still kinda white in colour , I had changed my oil twice since the last repair.
I would like to seek some advise from all of you guys if this is a normal sign? My mech told me I gotta change a few times to get rid of the coolant completely. But Im quite worried that its still not fixed. Will this coolant screw up my engine or gear ratio? What do you guys suggest i should do?
Have you tried draining the gearbox and leaving it open for a few days to let any moisture evaporate? _________________ MC21SP Plaything
