They are mostly (although not all) still available from Honda, you need to order the individual decals by part number as far as I'm aware you cant buy them as a set.
Find the part numbers you want in the online parts manual and email your Honda dealer with a list of what you want, make sure you are sitting down when you get the prices though they aint cheap
I use David Silvers or Lyngs in the Uk, both very helpfull.
Just about to send most of the Rothmans set for a MC21 - few bits unavailable sothey will get their painter to fill in the gaps
Cost wasn't so scarey over 40K Yen, but airbrushing in the Rothmans company logo three times and the HRC along with the pinstripes and large lettering I guess would be more for a quality job.

I strongly recommend to use the original stickers, as Moriwaki-Man says. The original stickers are high quality, and comes with pre-shaped contour to easily fit them.
I think the $600 that cost the decals set worth it every cent, you save a lot of time, and you got the best quality possible, if you are looking for a quality resto, it's the only way to go.
I'm waiting my set for my 21, and i totally recommend you to deal with MM !!
