Found myself at a Donington trackday with Fontyyy, Billy and Andy. Had a great day and apart from a small mishap with the battery terminal the F3 ran perfectly. In fact it was even better than I remember it.

I wish you had told me, not only was I working 10 mins away and could of popped down, but I have been gagging to get the rs out in the track....going to silverstone on Thursday this week now.
lol When we tell anyone we're doing a trackday everyone just says its to far, not enough time, no money, wife wont let me, bike broken, wrong time of year, full moon etc etc.
It did get me and Andy thinking about another dedicated NSR-World one at some point though as we had a great time. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
I will arrange another Llandow for next spring if everyone pays up front.
Too much stress and hassle not knowing until the actual day whether it's going to break even, as it's always booked on my credit card! _________________ Andy.

We took deposits last time... and some still never turned up! If it wasn't for the few that came "on the day", the event would've run at a loss.
As it was, the day was in profit by about £30! I did say never again, but days like Thursday really fire up my enthusiasm again! _________________ Andy.

Great stuff, the F3 sounded crisp on track. _________________ Rich

Your probably right stephen, but it would of only taken a minute to post here to say you was going, if no one turns up then it's no big deal.
It would of been good just to pop in for my lunch hour....never mind, I saw a load of bikes leaving at the end of the day and nearly popped in just fir a look anyway.
Incidentally I will be at silverstone thursday if anyone is up for it?

Thought you better sneak that one in, Leigh?!
I would've posted, but I was only along for the jolly myself, and it wasn't my place to invite all and sundry. Would've been nice to see some more there though.
Only four 2-stokes there all day... and two of those were Fontyyy's!
Ironic that not only did everyone want to look at and ask about the MC21-F3, but his "backup" ride was also probably the other most desireable bike there on the day, amongst the sea of ZX-10R's and GSX-R1000's!
Incidentally, the backup only got used for one session, and that was only because it would've been rude to drag it all the way up there and not use it... the NSR was that good! _________________ Andy.
