SEEKING NSR OWNER IN USA required 96 sticker kit

As title says, had a guy phone from NY, USA other day requiring NSR decal kit. Lost James's number and email has not arrived either? Anyone on here??
Need to contact asap. My email is tricky over the phone and everyone gets it wrong.... don't help having my accent either! He was going to send details over.
