Brake bleeders

MC21s have 8x1.25mm bleeders, with a second groove to use a retained rubber cap. Has anyone seen them in that configuration in stainless, and if so where?

I don't know about the second groove bit, but probolt does do m8x1.25 mm stainless bleed nipples.

No, no second groove on the marketplace items. Pro Bolt, same deal.

I might be able to turn a second groove into a set of NSR-world ones for Andy for you if that any good?

The Rubber cap sits between the top of the thread and the bottom face of the HEX. Fitted on mine, and no problems.

Fitted before on MC21 calipers, and now with HRC calipers. Don't understand the issue, unless I'm missing something?

No, you're not missing anything. If it was mine I would be completely satisfied with that. But it's not, and the owner is fussy.

I personally don't see the point in making a rod for my own back, but it would be fair to say that the Honda ones are indeed the ideal design, so I can see why he would want the same style, just in stainless.

In that case I would just use OEM bleed nipples! Sounds like he's not the kind of person that's ever going to let the bike see any weather anyway! A wipe with ACF-50 will also help put a 6-month moisture barrier on them too.

I agree, they're for the most part hidden under the boot, and I don't rate his chances of finding a match in stainless. Having said that, have lathe, can make if it comes to it.
