Well, it's been a long time since i bought my 21. Due to work and family reasons, things are going slower than i want, but in the last weeks i had made some progress, and now it's time to show her totally "naked" Very Happy

The list of things i made are pretty long :

- At first, the bike was totally taken apart.
- Frame and swingarm were sent to take a new anodized.
- Screws, bolts, nuts, axels, supports ... all re-plated in OEM color.
- Forks were opened to review them, new seals sets, bushings and oil.
- Rear shock revised and restored
- Wiring loom restored to factory specs, re-taped and revised conectors.
- Calipers were cleaned and pistons taken apart, new seals.
- Brake cylinders ( front and rear ) taken apart, cleaned, painted, revised and mounted again.
- Magteks sandblasted, primered with epoxy, painted, all new bearings and seals and Bridgestone 003 fitted.
- Front and rear disks sandblasted, repainted and restored.
- New front and rear brake hoses.
- Steering handles, top and bottom yokes, radiator grille, rear sub-frame, front fairing support and some other parts, sandblasted, primered and painted.
- Steering bearings/seals replaced, new roller type used instead ball old ones.
- Swingarm bearings/seals replaced.
- All frame/engine rubber mounts replaced.
- New rear Tyga footpegs.

And a lot of new parts ready to be mounted, dozens of screws and nuts ( those that were damaged ), new gauges cover, water reservoir, oil reservoir, brake reservoir, all fairing screws, brake pads, new silencers, carbon reeds ( she has the HRC blocks ), all new cables and also a brand new full set of Rothmans OEM stickers ( Thanks Moriwaki-Man !!!! ) ...

There are a lot of work to do, i almost didn't touch the engine yet, was running pretty good but it need to be revised, but at first my plan is to have everything else ready, and finally do the engine.

Here you have some photos of her taken just a couple days ago.

Put simply... Wow! We've seen some good restorations in the last couple of years, but this is the first I've seen where the frame has been re-anodised!

I think you will be setting a new standard, if the motor is finished to the same level! I love it!

Well done, man. Really eager to see it finally assembled and ridden. Maybe we could meet in Cartagena or Jerez one day?
