Petcock

I have an '89 NSR250R, and the petcock is leaking a steady drip drip drip. Anyone have this problem ever? Is there a way to take it apart and replace a washer or something? Or does ANYONE know where I could find another one for sale? Thanks a ton!

How did you know this was Chad? You must have an awesome memory, I used to post on the NSR Topica a few years ago quite a bit, and on her a few times. Forgot my logon info so I'm using this. ANYWAYS!

If it is the same as a MC21 petcock, you can use this stock Honda USA part number #16950-mw0-790. I don't know what it fits but it worked on my MC21, just have too shorten the brass tube too match yours.

The Honda part number for the fuel tap for an MC18 is 16950-KV3-005 and is £15.50 inc. Very Happy

Can anyone confirm if a MC21 and MC18 are the same ? If they are you can bet the one listed 16950-MW0-790 will work !

I have an old MC21 petcock that is no good. I could send it to you and you could see if it would work, then order the one listed.
