How long have you owned your NSR?

A discussion just now freaked me out... I just remembered that as of next month, I will have owned my MC21 for 18 years!

So, who's owned theirs a similar length of time, or even longer? When I get home I'll scan my receipt from Sumo Motorcycles in London! I still have it tucked away somewhere! Smile

I bought my MC21SP from Gary Mitchell at B&M Imports (now Fastline) in November 1991.
I now wish i had never sold it in February 2001.
I still have the original receipts... it cost £3000.00 back then...

£3000 and £3150, some people begrudge paying that now, and the way things have gone up over the last ten years or so, it doesn't make todays asking prices out of the way.

Mine was £3500 in 1994, for an MC21SE freshly painted in the colours of my choice. (Repsol)

I got my SP in March 2008 for £1200 and at the time thought it was strong money.

Bought two trackbikes in 2000
MC21SP 1600£
MC21SE 590£

That was about 50% of all NSRs in the country

I got mine in 2004 for $1500 AUD.

And I've still only ever ridden it around the block once!

I got my first NSR MC21 in '94, but flogged it on before I went to Japan in '97.

My current NSR MC21 cost me 30,000 Baht (£600 ish) in 1999.

Paul's had his 28 since '94. He had a 21 before that, which was the one I bought.
