Hi , I just wondered if any of you guys know if there is anyone out there who supplies a full gasket set so i can rebuild my engine?
I'm also after some new brake hoses. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw in my Honda dealer a genuine full gasket set for MC18 i dont know if it fits on MC16 too but it cost about 50GBP and includes every gasket for a rebuilt.
You can ask any Honda dealer in your area to supply you one,if it is correct for the MC16 specs.
I can post you tommorow if you want and the part number of the gasket kit which i am talking about.
For the brake lines the OEM cost a fortune and the after market have much better brake sense so made your own custom.Ask (HEL brake lines) which are and sponsors in the NSR WORLD

Stefanos, the clutch cover gasket is different between the mc18 & mc16. Just about everything else fits though.

Daz, a genuine set ain't that much dearer, you just gotta order all gaskets individually. But there are only 6 in the complete engine, 2xBase, 2xHead, 1x Clutch, 1x waterpump.

Use the (very useful) 'Parts Manual' section of this site to get the part numbers, then order through wither Lings Honda, or Dave Silvers.

If you don't mind a wait, Tyga will supply genuine gaskets but there is usually around a 1 week wait to the UK.

Thanks for the correcting i have never deal with MC16 engine and i didnt know this difference for the clutch cover gasket and that was the reason i told (if it fits with the MC16 specs).
I went in my Honda dealer today and ask him for information only if someone reads this posts and is interesting,the MC18 oem full gasket set part number is 061aO-kv3-030.

Just to clear up any confusion with that number, that MC18 gasket kit number is 061A0-KV3-030, and it's approx £90 + shipping.

(Always best to quote part numbers in capital letters.)

Usually i write the codes in capital letters if you take a look and to my other posts but i right it like that this time to avoid any mistakes from the interested because it is difficult to understand with capital letters that after the A letter is a 0 number and not an O letter if someone is not used to it i did it for facilitation.For the price i dont know in UK but in Greece in my Honda dealer which i asked yesterday is 70EURO or about 60GBP maybe he did for me a special price because he has three sets in old stock and want to sell them,i didnt ask more but this is the price he sell it.
