Rear wheel spacer. Where to buy?

Sun Jul 01, 2012 4:55 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Don't ask how, but the left hand rear wheel spacer has gotten damaged and I need a replacement. Been searching on line and all I can see is a complete set from Tyga. The individual spacer seems to be discontinued but maybe a spacer from another model would fit?

Anyone have any ideas?

Part number 8 in attached picture.

Cheers...

Al.

That collar is still available, but by the time it gets to you, you may as well get a complete (lightweight) alloy kit from TYGA!

It's going to be £20+ by the time a new one from the UK gets to you.

why not get one made? it has to be the easiest component of any motorcycle to be replicated....there are thousands of machine shops capable of knocking one out

Mine is out at the moment,I'll gladly measure it and give you the dimensions if you like...?

That is an excellent idea.

I should be able to get the dimensions from my own, even though it's damaged i can tell what size it's
supposed to be.

Nice one....
