100 miles up from London on Friday to Dersingham near the north Norfolk coast. Some good roads. Rode along with a group including an R1 for a while on the M11 at a fair speed.

Saturday rode along the A149 to Well next the Sea. Stopped off at the chippy, as you do. Then 170 miles back home, via Sherringham, Cromer & Ipswich with just a short fuel stop.

300 miles in 2 days. Bike faultless, and probably in better shape than me
