What's the deck height on the 500V?

Makes you wonder doesn't it!

I measured squish at 0.7mm on unleaded and between 0.55-0.6mm on leaded. Leaded head volume is around 22.6cc, unleaded 23.8cc.

Wishing I'd taken you up on the offer of bringing a head with me now Mad

Then again I ended up throwing half my stuff in the bin at Heathrow cos I was over weight as it was Rolling Eyes

Measured all the heads Matt.

Squish area is 24.75% of the 68mm bore. This doesn't include any radius onto the squish on leaded and unleaded.

I found an old bit of broken perspex down the dump. Drilled a hole in it.....works every time.
