1/4 turn throttle

i have been making enquiries about one of these for my CBR400 and i have been told that they are fitted to NSRs as standard.
bit confused by this as i cant recall mine being 1/4 turn.
can anyone shed any light on this Question

The NSR uses a larger throttle brum compared to the CBR and VFR 400's so by fitting it, it does reduce the amount of throttle movment. I dont think you need the outters though as the 400 already use the HRC larger type.
