fitting rs250 cdi & loom to nsr 250

As far as I'm aware its nf5 and I'm using mc16 magneto .

There is at least three different NF5 RS CDI/PGM set ups, going to have to be more specific than that I'm afraid.

If you sort out the stator/pickup wiring the NF5 RS250 PMG-II will work fine with an NSR250 MC21/28 engine.

It will lose around 5bhp over an F3 PGM-II. That F3 PGM will be comparable with a wirespliced MC18 loom and PGM on a basically standard bike.

If you fit the RS pipes and RS PGM-II then the bike will make decent power, but it will rev quite a way (over 12000).

Fit RS barrels as well and you'll give a comparable F3 a run...while your crank lasts (as me how I know).
