Heard of Nine Lives anyone?

Sat Jun 18, 2005 2:24 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

My boyfriend happens to be a rather tall bloke (6ft 5) and his teknic leathers were sort of cutting the poor man in half,I know leathers have to be snug but these could have caused infertility issues!!!! Through word of mouth he found out about Nine lives,a small company in Guildford who make alterations or do customised suits etc...
He took his suit there on Wednesday and the guy took a look and suggested he needed panels of leather added, he quoted about£140 for the job, They were ready to be picked up on Saturday of that same week, today that is!!!! Tried them on and was amazed at the difference. The stiching was incredible and completely discreet, you would never know they had been fiddled with.
The guys there do all the work for the top teams in the U.K.,sean Emmet, james haydon etc... get their suits altered, sponsership added.
Just thought i would let you know if there are any of you out there with ill fitting suits Laughing The guy there seems a top bloke,it was just the speed and quality of workmanship that was superb.
I'm going to save up for a customised suit although may cost a small fortune would be nice. Laughing
