My situation has now changed I need a bike to commute to work on so sadly the mc18 is up for sale it's dunkenb's old bike it's covered 34,000 km since I have owned it I have fitted race cans and sorted out the jetting issues the bike has 6 months tax and 11 months mot I want £2000 for it ono photos to follow

Just had chain and sprockets fitted and full service inc plugs and caps

letting it have a few weeks on here before i put it on flea bay

std cans back on now full spec:

mc 18 r5k 34,000km had a full engine build inc a new genuine crank 2000kms ago rebuilt by dunkenb a member on here
rvf 400 forks
zxr yokes
nc24 rear arm
nc30 rear wheel
braided lines
wire splice

engine runs well and bodywork is good for its age not 100% mint but it is 24 years old

if i dont get any interest i will poss break it

I'm very surprised that you haven't sold her yet. If you were in the states, I would have bought this bike from you in a second. Those forks alone are worth a decent amount of money, I have a friend that would buy those from you.

how much are they worth? is that with forks yokes and fender? or just both legs

Well, can't give you an exact price, as they are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them. I've seen tubes on Yahoo Auction Japan from 3-500 USD, so I would think you could get 3-800 USD for them depending on condition and with or without the yokes and such.

would have snapped that up if I had not been at other end of country, nice bike. glws
