It's been brought to my attention that Dave Reynolds (elegy on the forum) has had THREE RGV250 VJ23s stolen.
The frame numbers are as follows:
VJ23A-100025, VJ23A-101877 and VJ23A-101992
The bikes were stolen from the Dudley area in the West Midlands on Thursday night.
If you know of elsewhere you can circulate this info, then please do. Hopefully they will be recovered intact, and returned to their rightful owner.
Hopefully the engine numbers will be made available soon too, which could/should make it even more of a pain shifting anything on. Then we can hope the thieves give up trying and just leave them somewhere to be recovered. They are far from standard bikes (well, two are at least), so fingers crossed that it may be hard for them to move parts on, and they just don't bother.

Dave has put years of work into these bikes, I'm absolutely gutted for him. He's one of the nicest blokes I've ever met.
They won't or shouldn't be easy to pass on as long as the 2-stroke community is vigilant.
The only Silver lining here is that his Aprillia was elsewhere, otherwise that could have gone too.. _________________ If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Stupid question I suspect but have you tried here for assistance... http://www.rgv250.co.uk/forums/ _________________ I don't mind dying...I just don't want to be there when it happens!
