my Honda ns 250 r 1986

Hi just bought it was bit of sad state missing top piston got 85,000 km on the clock

I get cylinders checked tommrow read another post on piston sizes

Whould my cranksahft on high milage bike be deal breaker can they be fixed.

many thanks in advance bike has no body work i found wiring loom and one cylinder .

Thanks can buy . but not a piston have friend who owns honda ns 400 whoudint sell to me. Wink

Am totally new to 2 strokes i have fixed a vfr 750 fn but wanted a 2 stroke honda for ages.

Thanks for the messages

Havent done thing except take the engine out am hoping standred crank is okay

well just looking for front piston and then to put toghter and see how it runs

Found english site that had wiring loom . and forgteen where it is Very Happy

Oh i got rust of the exhust pipes they in great nick cant belive how well made these are

painted them too

The MC16 is pretty well built but it still looks like there's plenty to keep you busy. Can't say that I recall seeing a wiring loom over here recently. Ian Wright has a few NS250 bits and pieces on his site.
